What happens if I need to make a change to an existing contract with ETHICOMM?

If you need to make changes to your existing contract, you’ll still be responsible for the remaining term of that agreement. However, ETHICOMM will continue to act as your ally — working to secure the best possible deal or adjustment for an additional, transparent service fee. We do not earn any extra commission or hidden profit from these changes; our focus remains on protecting your interests and achieving the best outcome.

Why shouldn’t I just talk to the provider myself?

You absolutely can — but most customers quickly discover how time-consuming and frustrating it can be. Long hold times, being transferred between multiple call centres, and limited leverage often lead to unsatisfactory results. At ETHICOMM, we know the industry, the language, and the right questions to ask. We advocate on your behalf with persistence and expertise to ensure you get the best possible outcome — something most individuals simply don’t have the time or inside knowledge to achieve.

How do you keep my information safe?

We only save your personal data for the requirement of fulfilling your service agreements as expressed within the ETHICOMM-Client contract. Our email/ web server, CRM, and accounting software are all PIPEDA compliant, and your information remains within Canada. We do not resell ANY of your personal data and ensure only specific management is able to access your documentation and information.
