ETHICOMM was founded by Brian Yuswack, a former Canadian Forces Army Reservist and accomplished entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in telecommunications. Having proudly served 14 years in uniform while building successful businesses in the telecommunications industry, Brian has long envisioned a company that truly prioritizes Canadians, and one, that solves the challenges customers have when dealing with internet, mobility, and landline service providers.
Our customers have all experienced the systemic challenges that have eroded trust and efficiency within the telecommunications sector: inefficient processes, robocalls, extensive hold times, offshoring call centres, and the widening disconnect between Canadian service providers and the people they serve.
